Plot: Helpless cop Shek (David Wu Tai-wai) is unable to piece together a single clue in a series of rapes and murders terrorizing the streets of Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Miss Tong (Ng) is an elegantly dressed ice queen who manages to turn heads whenever she walks into a room; she is also a complete raving loonball who enjoys picking up men and stabbing them with her expensive high-heeled shoes.
